Aluminum Starter Kit

Preparation

Prepares the surface by loosening coarse dirt, ready for a deeper cleaning.

1. Aluminum Cleaner – Organic Contamination
• Dilute the product 1:5 to 1:25, depending on the contamination.
• Apply using a mop, brush or pressure sprayer.
• Leave on for a few minutes, but do not let it dry.
• Rinse the surface with plenty of water or wipe with a damp cloth.
• Repeat the application if necessary.

2. Aluminum Cleaner – Atmospheric and Mineral
• Dilute the product 1:3 to 1:25, depending on the contamination. 1:3 for calcium carbonate, 1:3 for phosphating and 1:5 for ferric chloride. Other contamination: dilute according to the severity of contamination.
• Distribute this solution with a pressure sprayer, sponge, sprayer or
foam lance over the surface.
• If necessary, use a brush or pad for stubborn deposits.
• Let it work for a few minutes, but do not let it dry. Do not leave on for longer than 15 minutes.
• Rinse the surface with plenty of water.
• Repeat the application if necessary.

3. Aluminum Cleaner – Polishes and Preserves
• Shake before use.
• Apply by rubbing with a damp cloth, sponge or (white) pad.
• Adjust rubbing pressure and duration to the persistence of the contamination.
• Add water as needed during cleaning.
• Rinse with clean water.

4. Preservation and Maintenance Spray
• Spray/apply on a clean and dry surface and spread with a cloth.
• Allow 30 to 60 minutes to dry before loading the surface.
• For optimal shine: rub with a soft fiber cloth.

With one kit you can thoroughly treat approximately 75 square meters of surface.

3. Polishing (3 x 1 liter)

Aluminum Cleaner – Polishes and Preserves: Brings the surface to life by polishing it while removing stubborn contamination, resulting in a bright and renewed appearance.

4. Preservation (3 x 1 liter)

Preservation and Maintenance Spray: Finish the cleaning process by applying a protective layer that helps to maintain the achieved result and protect the aluminum against future contamination.
