Description
Degrease Buffer – Degrease Tank (product 446) is a powerful industrial degreaser based on aliphatic hydrocarbons.
It is used for the removal of caked grease, oil and grease on parts, using a cleaning table (VOSSEN-Junior 60 or VOSSEN-Economy 200).
The operating principle is based on the phase separation of the degreaser and buffer liquid in the vessel. Each time, fresh Degrease Buffer – Degrease Tank is sucked in from about halfway through the vessel and used. The used, contaminated Degrease Buffer – Degrease Tank is led back from the sink to the very bottom of the vessel. There the (polar) contamination remains buffered, while the degreaser can be sucked in again.
Eventually, the entire liquid (Degrease Buffer – Degrease Tank) in the vessel will be saturated and must then be collected and processed by a recognized waste company.
